DO NOT DO THIS DIET. This is like anorexia at it’s finest! Really, people!? It’s not about being skinny for two weeks & gaining it all back. There is no calories here! No energy! You are essentially starving yourselves! Most of the weight is water weight, which you will eventually get back, and the rest will be muscle. Which unfortunately will decrease your metabolism, cause you to hold onto food and make you fatter. Plus, that muscle you lose, you won’t get back unless you put your ass in the gym. This makes me mad. Don’t be foolish. Do this the right way.
